My Samsung Galaxy Mini will not let me download anything on it

I want to be able to download from Google play, but everytime I try to I keep getting this error message that says can not install onto USB or SD card.

Even went as far as removing the card and restarting the phone and still nothing.

Have you checked your SD card whenever it is damage or not? some cases is your memory is full you don’t have enough memory to install your apps. or if this can’t help you try to store all your files in SD card to your computer and make sure that all your important picture videos and other files to be backup it before doing a factory set default to your Samsung galaxy this will make your phone role back when you first use it.
