What Skype is for Samsung note alternative

I downloaded the Skype app for Samsung note II.  When making a call, you can hear the audio but no video.  Any other alternative other than what Skype is for Samsung note?

Hi there Julian, 

I am very sorry to hear about your phone's problem. There are several ways to fix it, one of them is try re-installing the program (skype) then reboot the phone, also check your internet connectivity, sometimes weak connection cuts the video conversation and just let the audio run instead of ending the whole call.

If none of these works, you may want to download and try Tango. This is another app that works the same as skype. You can download it from google play. Hope this works.
