Partition my computer using debian

In a production setup it is often a good idea to have

Lots of small partitions for the data rather than one large one. But I am not able to do it with Linux debian.

When I try I have this error :" the kernel was unable to re_read the partition table on/dev/mdo invalid argument"

Error:

Hi,

Partition hard disk with linux debian is not a difficult work. This type of error has never seen before. But I think this is not a big problem. You can recover it easily. Go Back to main menu and create partition from here.  

May be you have created a partition for Linux debian but you did not think about Ubuntu’s requirements. Linux debian is a big operating system. It is larger than Linux.  So you can not install it in 7.5 gb hard disk space. You need more disk space for debian.

Generally linux debian required 20 gb disk space but when you can install it in 15 gb or 12 gb at least. For this you have to select the size of Linux debian installation at the time of its beginning. When this card appears you can select installation size at here. Select minimum space from here and install it.
