Error occurred when viewing Prefight in Acrobat Pro

Does anyone have an idea why when viewing Prefight in Acrobat Pro had the following error of compliance “Verify compliance with PDF/A-1a”?

 

Preflight

 

Preflight profile “Verify compliance with PDF/A-1a” found the following errors:

• Status: Open
• Question Views: 839
• Answer Count: 2
• Vote Up 0 Vote Down

• Answer Accepted: Yes

Hello

As the error message says that compliance issue, Hence you must look for newer version, Check the existing software is properly install on your computer, and converter files. Now i am sending you a couple of link, From where can choose the right version of the software according to your system configuration.

Error occurred when viewing Prefight in Acrobat Pro

 

you can create compliancy report to view this document by following these steps

1. Open the PDF to be converted.
2. Choose Advanced >Preflight
3. Click the button at the bottom left corner of the Preflight window to verify compliance.
4. Click the Results tab of the Preflight window

 

5.Choose the following from the save windows.
