Conditions surrounding the rapid drain of laptop battery

What are the conditions that cause laptop batteries to loose or drain power rapidly? What can I do to savage the situation? Is there a software that one can downloads to enhance and prolong the battery of laptops? I am a second year student of Presbyterian University in Ghana and currently using HP laptop. Thank you.

Conditions surrounding the rapid drain of laptop battery

Firstly if this thing is happening then always remember that your battery is going down

and you must change your battery but their is one solution if you always charge battery when you are using it 

Then your battery will last longer. If your problem still haven;t fixed yet please talk to the seller
