Linking Outlook with Google Apps Email Service?

I want to combine all my email addresses using Google Apps. Everything works except sending emails. I get the error "Send Test Email message: The specified server was found but there was no response from the server. Please verify the port and SSL information is correct. To access these settings…" What do I need to change to complete the setup?

Linking Outlook with Google Apps Email Service?

Hello Ms. Lisa Larsen, The same servers is used in Google Apps as Gmail. You must use full email address along with the domain as username that's the only difference. pop.gmail.com, port 995, SSL. (Don't click the link its for configuration purpose)  I was not sure if you needed it for business but here is some additional information if need it.

 

Google Business allows you up to 25 GB of storage and customer support 24/7 for any assistance you may need. This way you can control your user accounts with your company domain with Google Apps. Control panel. Here is a link for Google Business it will have a video and afterwards you will be able to sign up for a free trail at https://gsuite.google.com/
