Currently I am running 32 bit windows seven.I have 4 gb ram and fx-8150 processor.Should I install windows 7 64 bit or not ? Please give reasons for your answer.

As it is clearly that your system processor and Ram memory is more then the required to install windows 7 (64 bit) so you can install windows 7 (64 bit) on your system it will run smooth and will not effect your system performanceÂ
Should I install 64 bit operating system ?
The FX-8150 processor you have on your computer is an 8-Core 3.6 GHz AMD processor. Since you have AMD FX-8150 Zambezi 8-Core 3.6 GHz processor plus 4 GB RAM, it is way above the requirements for 32-bit Microsoft Windows 7 and also way above the requirements for 64-bit Microsoft Windows 7. To be able to install any 64-bit Microsoft Windows, your hardware should support 64-bit architecture.
Meaning, both your processor and motherboard are in 64-bit architecture. Fortunately, when I checked your processor, it says there that the AMD FX-8150 Zambezi 8-Core processor supports 64-bit. So, since your processor supports 64-bit operating system, your motherboard also supports 64-bit system. You won’t be able to use your computer if your motherboard is 32-bit. Since you can use it, therefore both your processor and motherboard supports 64-bit.
This means you can install 64-bit Microsoft Windows 7. For you to be able to install 64-bit Microsoft Windows 7, you should have at least 1 GHz 64-bit processor, 2 GB RAM, and 20 GB free hard drive space.
