Lava Iris-405 not accepting other micro-usb charger.

I am using Lava Iris-405 from past 8 months. I have lost its charger and tried to charge it from other micro-usb charger of other company. In starting my phone gets charged but after some time (4-months later) it is not getting charged from any of other company’s micro-usb charger. Is there any problem in charging jack or anything else? Suggest some way.

Lava Iris-405 not accepting other micro-usb charger.

Check if it is a problem in the battery since you are using a different charger instead of the phone’s original charger. If your phone has a microUSB cable that you can connect to your PC, connect the cable to your phone and then connect the other end of the cable to your PC.

This is another way of charging your phone in case your charger is not available. You just need to keep your phone connected to your PC until it is fully charged. But in case your phone still doesn’t charge even after connecting it to your computer, your battery probably got damaged.

Try purchasing a new battery for your Lava Iris 405 Smartphone to fix the problem. Usually, if you use a different charger not designed for your phone, sometimes it damages the battery and worst, it can burn the board of your mobile phone. When the worst thing happens, you will end up purchasing a new Smartphone.
