Html video is not playing on my iphone and ipad.A cut play image appears on a black background. I've converted the video to be supported by iPad or iPhone: Video Format: MP4, MOV, M4V Video Size: up to 640×480 Video Framerate: up to 30fps Video Bitrate: up to 1.5Mbps for H.264, or 2.5Mbps for MPEG-4 Audio: AAC up to 160Kbps, 48kHz No luck. I don't know what else I could do.

Html videos not playing in Iphone and Ipad

I got confused when you said “HTML video”. I first thought you are watching a video streaming from a webpage or website. If the video doesn’t play on your iPhone and iPad, see if the video plays on your PC. Transfer the video first to your PC and play it there.

If it plays well and doesn’t have any playback issue or whatsoever, the converted video itself is probably the problem. To properly convert the video to a compatible format for iPhone or iPad, download and install ImTOO MPEG Encoder. This MPEG converter has different built-in presets for iPhone and iPod devices. Select one of the presets to convert your video and it should play well on your device. See image.
