How to automate text file update in windows 7

I have a text file named environment file path: C: Program Files (x86) CPW CPW.INI.

It has a data port: 2012 Now I want an exe or program that runs directly on the system, and update this particular text file to create new data.

PORT: 2014

I have about 6000 users, so I need the program to send all of them, so that their cases automatic updating my program will only be sent.

How to automate text file update in windows 7

Hello Michell D Stroms,  you can use multi casting for this. Multi casting is a process to update the all users with same updating Protocol. Like you receive an antivirus update on your laptop or mobile. You can send updated to all 6000 users in this manner. This is upto the user now that if they want he update to apply they accept request otherwise decline it.
