I understand that you would like to know about the different motherboards available for asus that offers thunderbolt port. 

 

What is a thunderbolt port? Thunderbolt is an I/O device  that supports HDD and high-performance data devices through a single, compact port. It sets new standards for speed, flexibility, and simplicity.

 

The main difference is the performance in terms of INPUT/OUTPUT and the specification of the motherboards will differ.
