I was taking a photo from my Moto G 2 and I turned the Flash Light on, but after taking the Photo, the flash light remained ON. I closed the Camera Application but still, the Flash Light was ON. I switched off the device and guess what, it was ON even then. Then I restarted the device but the flash light is not getting close. What to do. It is ON all the time. It looks like I haven't bought a phone, I have bought a torch Light.
My Moto G 2 has turned into a TorchLight.
If that’s the case, try resetting your mobile phone to factory default. I guess this will work since rebooting your handset doesn’t seem to work. To factory reset your Motorola Moto G Android Smartphone, tap on the menu icon then navigate to Settings, Backup & reset, Factory Data Reset, and then finally tap Reset Phone.
This method will wipe out the entire data on your phone so before doing this make sure to backup your important data. Another way of doing the factory reset if the previous method can’t be done is to do an external hard reset or external factory reset. To do this, turn off your phone then go to Recovery Mode.
For instructions on how to go to Recovery Mode, visit Enter Android in Recovery Mode. In Recovery Mode, select Wipe Data Factory Reset. To navigate in the Recovery menu, use the volume up and down buttons and then press the power button to select. Wait until the operation is completed and then select Reboot System Now from the main menu to restart the handset.
