Hello Sheilanbarr,

It sounds like your system seems to be getting ahead of your network output while looping file sources. In other words your sound and picture is not going together. Here are a few things you can do to correct to problem:

  1. This may correct the problem, but if not continue will directions.
  2. Set Silence Audio Gap registry to 0(0x0).
  3. Next the monitor encoder.
  4. Add hotfix.
  5. Set Silence Audio Gap registry value to default status 500(0xF4) milliseconds.
  6. Problem may still occur but at lesser value after performing step 2.
  7. Again set the Silence Audio Gap registry value back to 0 (0x0).
  8. Watch the encoder to check if problem is corrected.
  9. I f problem is still not fix set the max slow down sleep registry value (set value to 3000(0xBB8) or 4000 (0xFA0) milliseconds.
  10. Do not change Silence Audio Gap registry value keep at 0 (0x0).
