PDF File Unlocker recently released software

Hi, I have recently installed the PDF File Unlocker software in my PC running Windows 8. Last night, I tried to unlock a pdf made by Adobe Acrobat X but my application could not unlock it. What was wrong with my application? Can anyone please fix this problem? Thanks.

What PDF unlocker tool and version you currently use? 

Although most PDF Unlockers are compatible to any PC systems, it would a lot easier and convenient to check which or what among those are you want to be installed running on your PC and is most compatible with the system. Check for the specific specifications that you will be using.

You may consider Removing or Uninstalling your current PDF unlocker tool version and replace it with what's compatible for your Windows 8 system.
