Error occurred on deleting Outlook Web App 2010 emails

I failed to delete any email from my Outlook Web App (OWA) 2010.  I am using  Exchange 2010 SP2 with UR1.  If I tried to delete any email the following error occurred. 

An unexpected error occurred and your request couldn't be handled.

Error occurred on deleting Outlook Web App 2010 emails

Hi Jean Moore,

The problem appears to be in Exchange 2010 you are using, not in Outlook Web App (OWA) 2010. In order to fix the problem of being unable to delete email, you should update Exchange 2010 with the latest Exchange 2010 Roll up (available at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36017)
