I've heard a TV for PC new gadget. I wonder if it is already or out in the market already? I want to have it first before my friends do!

You can watch tv on pc by using a tv tuner. A very easy method is to buy a usb tv tuner

Hi,

      As of now there’s no web gadgets that allows anyone to watch tv online. The only way to watch direct to computer is by installing a tv tuner, you can choose internal or external tv tuner.
