Google chrome is not operating properly

I use a laptop with windows XP operating system. I used to use Mozilla Firefox internet services, and interested in using Google chrome. But when I run or open Google chrome does not show any images, Google chrome just open a blank screen with a blank image and then close by itself in a matter of seconds. What is wrong with this?

Google chrome is not operating properly

There can be different reasons for this problem and different solutions at that.

1. If you have just updated windows then that update is not compatible with Chrome. You can uninstall the update first and try using Chrome again. A restart is always advisable before using it again.
2. It may also have been a problem with the installation of chrome. At this point just uninstall and reinstall chrome again, see if it’s still the same.
3. It can also be your software security. Try disabling it first just to check, restart the computer and try using chrome again. If it’s working fine while the security software is off, go to the security software settings and make sure that Chrome is included in the trusted applications.
