There are several ways you can transfer photos from your Samsung phone to your laptop.
One way is to use the USB cable that came with your phone. Simply connect one end of that cable to your phone and the other end goes to any of the USB ports on your laptop. A pop-up window might show on your screen asking you what you would like to do with the device. Just select “Open Folder to View Files” and it should open your phone’s directory. Just go to the location where the photos are saved, copy it then paste it on your computers drive.
If you do not have USB cable available, you can use a card reader to transfer it to your laptop. Make sure that the photos you would like to transfer are saved in your memory card’s directory. Unmounts your memory card from your phone, plug it in to your card reader and same thing a pop-up window will appear, just select “Open Folder to View Files”. Just go to the location where the photos are saved, copy it then paste it on your computers drive.
In order to transfer your photos from your Samsung S5230 mobile phone to your laptop, you must have a memory card inserted in your phone where you can save your photos. Once you have this, connect the Samsung S5230 to the USB port of your laptop via the data cable that came with your phone. Click on My Computer then find My Removable Disk folder or the name of your memory card. In that folder, you can view your photos then you can drag them to a folder in your laptop, which, concludes your photo transfer.
Another option is by using the Samsung PC Studio, which you can download from the internet. After installing the Samsung PC Studio in your laptop, you can connect your Samsung S5230 mobile phone to the USB port of your laptop. It will recognize your cell phone automatically and you can manage your photos in the Multimedia files section.
