Any good pid killer antivirus recommendations?

I've tried Avast, Norton and Kaspersky but it could not detect the pid file that keeps on looping (I'm thinking it's a redirect virus).  After viewing a certain website, pop-ups keep coming out which is slowing down my system.  Would running the sfc/scannow help?  Need help in pid killer antivirus

Hello

I don't think you are dealing with viruses. Pop up windows are common for some websites. I advise you to install AdBlocker which will block pop up windows as well. You find AdBlocker for all popular browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer etc). Just install it and it will block ads and pop ups in background. I hope I helped you.
