Adobe Reader X crashes after using Adobe Photoshop CS5 portable

After opening and closing Adobe Photoshop CS5 portable, I tried to open an Adobe Reader X file. It just open a split second and disappear. How can I fix this problem? I am running Windows home premium 64bit.

Adobe Reader X crashes after using Adobe Photoshop CS5 portable

Adobe Photoshop is a quite heavy program. It uses a huge memory of ram. Adobe Reader is also a heavy program. So, when you close, adobe reader also tries to load files and fails. Your adobe reader is crashing.

Here are some suggestions:

1. After closing Adobe Photoshop, wait for a short time (minimum 15 seconds) then open Adobe Reader

2. Re-install both softwares.

3. Use ADPlus from Microsoft. It helps to fix program crash.

For getting best performance of windows7, I suggest you to use Windows 7 Ultimate.
