Which of the computer shortcuts in the past was cool, but in recent times are nothing special or unimpressive and trivial? Which computer shortcuts can you stick your neck out and still say is super cool in recent times despite its frequent use in the past? What are your reasons for making such a bold vouch on that mentioned computer shortcut?

The coolest computer shortcuts of old verse today’s coolest computer shortcut
Hello,
Shortcuts are such links to access any file/folder/application directly without accessing the original path. There are differences between older and newer shortcuts, but among them, I love Windows 7’s shortcut system.
It’s superb with the icon of the original file with a small shortcut symbol on the bottom-left part. The older shortcuts used to appear with larger shortcut symbols, turning the shortcut menu boring.
Even in the taskbar, creating shortcut is also fun. The Aero display has made the graphics truly amazing that’s missing in Windows 8 & 8.1.

If she likes Microsoft Windows 7, I prefer Microsoft Windows XP because of its refine appearance and program compatibility. The thing that I don’t like about Windows 7 is its large taskbar. But with program compatibility, I don’t see any problem. With Microsoft Windows 8, the biggest problem would have to be program compatibility or availability.
There are not much applications that run and support Windows 8 unlike previous versions. Regarding shortcuts, I guess nothing beats the usual CTRL + ALT + DELETE technique to raise the Windows Task Manager. Personally, I don’t really use this keyboard shortcut because in DOS, it causes the computer to reboot.
My alternative to this shortcut is using CTRL + SHIFT + ESC. When these keys are pressed together, it will also cause the Windows Task Manager to be opened. Another shortcut that is stuck in my head is F2. It can be used to rename any files or folders. To use it, click a file or a folder to select it then hit F2.
Type the new name for the file or folder and then hit Enter.
