I have come across the ‘Agile’ terminology a couple of time but I am not sure what it is all about. I would like someone who has used the Agile software development paradigm to tell me if it is really useful or not. For how long have you used this system? How did you find it? Can you say you can do without it? What other alternatives exist?

The Benefit of Using Agile Software Development Platform

Agile development software is a group that has team work between an individual requirements method.

It makes planning, in time delivery, continuous developments or betterment and promotes fast and flexible feedback to change.

So it is useful.

Waterfall is an alternative to agile software.

This will solve your problem that you have mentioned in your question.
