GARUDA. Exe has encountered a problem and needs to close

GARUDA just had an error when I started it.

I have this error before, and what I did was re install the game. It was fixed. Now I have the error again.

How do I fix this so that it wouldn’t happen again?

Hello Hall,

That kind of error occurs when a program is not part of  Microsoft Windows. You will also need to ensure that you are running the latest version of the program and also that any patches related to the program have been downloaded. The latest software updates for that application can be found  through the developers website.

Hello.

The first step in troubleshooting your game is to check that your video card drivers are to date. You didn't specify your system specs. So  if you have an AMD graphics card, download the drivers from here or if you have an NVIDIA graphics card download the driver from here. The other drivers that might be your sound card driver so update those as well.

If that does not work, try to turn compatibility setting to Win XP Service pack 3 on.

1. To do this, right click on the GARUDA.exe file.
2. Click the properties tab.
3. Click on Compatibility
4. Then select Win XP Service Pack 3
5. Select apply and close the window.
