Hydro series H110 liquid CPU cooler makes annoying noise

Hello, I am a businessman. I always need the best products to keep my PC healthy. Recently I have bought a  Hydro series H110 liquid CPU cooler for my PC. I had seen an advertisement of this product in the internet so I bought it. As I installed the Hydro series H110 liquid CPU cooler inside, It's making an annoying noise. Is it normal or it's problem? can anyone answer please?

Hydro series H110 liquid CPU cooler makes annoying noise

Hello Ronald M Peterson,  As you say you buy a Hydro Series H1110 liquid CPU cooler for your Pc, This device ensures that your PC does not got too much heated and control their noise. But according to you, It makes annoying sense, Which is unacceptable. This is not a normal behavior of this component. I think you got a defective piece. You should consult with the manufacturer.
