The configuration data for this product is corrupt. Contact your support personnel. How can I solve this problem? I want to install my generals’ games.

ERROR_BAD_CONFIGURATION 1610 that’s what is shown.

Hello Adams,

You will need to try again, and then after that go ahead and uninstall the setup on the CD and after that, try again. You will need to take note of the messages in the install it reaches when the error occurs so that you can use them to figure out the possible cause of the issue.
