Hello,
When using the app on my Mac I can´t access my iCloud. Error box says:
"The server returned the error: The server "p99-imap.mail.me.com" refused to allow a connection on port 143"
Nothing has been changed just came out of the blue, any ideas? Thank you

The problem may be because the SSL is not selected. You just need to tick the SSL option by going to Preferences > Accounts > iCloud > Advanced. And then you have to change the port to 993 and the SSL box should be selected. After this, save the new settings and then restart your Mac.
If the above solution won't resolve your problem, the issue might be because of the end of cloud service and I hope that it can be fix in the future without any interference. Else, you can report this issue to iCloud support page. And also, if you try to remove your account and make another one, check that the settings are set to default.

I got the same problem but managed to resolve it through Apple care subscription. To fix this, just go to Preferences > Accounts >Â iCloud > Advanced and then Change Port 993 and check the SSL box and click Save. Restart your computer and then try to access apps again on your Mac. This should resolve your problem now.
