You must have mentioned that which OS you are using now…
Different OS has different ways. Search for "hotspot" either it OS depends on (windows-7/xp/ mac/linux)
Whatever, just download it and install for windows and mac.
Then You will used it on ps3 vai wi-fi.

First of all PS3 doesn't support HOT SPOT or Tethering function. Rather, you connect your PS3 with Ethernet Cable or  other device such a USB modem but your PS3 can't create a HOT SPOT. In other word you can connect your PS3 to internet but you can't share the internet to another PC
You can use Your PS3 as a receiver & you can connect it to network using WiFi that installed in PS3. Function of Network & Sharing Centre on PS3 menu just as a file sharing between PC or watching video using WMP on your PC.

Hello Sufyan Sufi,
Â
If you are using Windows 7 this is very easy. Make sure that your PC must have wireless LAN card. Then follow the steps below :
Â
1.) Go start menu
2.) Click the Control Panel
3.) Choose the Network and Internet
4.) Then hit Network and Sharing Center
Â
5.) Click Set up an ad hoc (computer-to-computer)
6.) Click Next, and then follow the steps in the wizard.
Then you can now connect your PS3 from your PC Internet.
Hope it helps 🙂
