Hi Patty,
License error 0.0.0 shows for various reasons. I’d like to explain some reasons and solutions for you that may help you to get out of it.
1. The Network license server has its own time settings. Please check the system time and time zone matches with it or not. If not please match it by going to the system Timezone from control panel.
2. Sometimes the license manager rejects the installation because of the production version. Make sure that you’ve the right license file for the specific product. Otherwise you can ask the vendor for the new license file.
3. For sometime turn off the windows firewall and try again to go through the installation process.
If these above tips don’t work then try another procedure. Search for a file named CascadeInfo.cas. If you find the file just delete it and try again.
