An HTC vivid smart alarm tone problem

Hi everyone!

I got this problem that concern HTC vivid smart alarm tones. Why is that it gets reset every time I reboot it? It’s annoying every time I need to fix it. Does anybody know a solution on this? Thanks guys.

An HTC vivid smart alarm tone problem

 

Hi there,

 

This happens sometimes. The problem is that your mobile phone doesn't mount the SD card properly and can't read the files from it. The easiest way to resolve the problem is to move your tones to the internal SD card.

 

Another thing to do is to replace your SD card with the faster one. Most "default" cards that came with HTC phones are class 2 and the phone have a hard time reading all the needed information fast enough before your phone boots. Replacing the SD card with class 10 card will definitely help.
