Hello! The MacBook Pro Retina Display is indeed has the best resolution ever. This Laptop has ultra high resolution screen which is maybe makes your text reading a little difficult. But then it can also give you advantage through its scaling modes. The retina MBP ships is pixel doubled configuration.
So you will have effective desktop resolution. This configuration is the best looking, though you don’t get more desktop space. But then Apple is exposed to predefined scaling options so you don’t need additional desktop space.  The performance of the Apple Mac has an upscaled rendering which gives a good performance and quality impact. But for the long run we will figure out how to manually add a zero scale don’t you think?

And the MacBook Pro with Retina display is also available in two model sizes: the 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display with a screen resolution of 2560 x 1600, and the 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display with a screen resolution of 2880 x 1800.
