How to send entire folder via email?

Do you want to send the entire folder through your email and send it as an attachment? Various free web based email services don't offer this kind of services. But if you really want to send the entire folder through your email, the simplest way is to compress or zip the folder. And then attach the zipped folder on your email and send it.

How to send entire folder via email?

Yes! Surely you can send the entire folder through email by attaching it. But first you have to make sure that you have the program winzip. If you do not have it yet, better download it now. Here's how to email the entire folder you desired.

1.  Right click the folder you want to attached.

2. Click SEND TO.

3. Click COMPRESSED ( ZIPPED ) FOLDER. Now you have created a new folder in a zipped file.

4.Go to your email application and compose a new email.  When your email program is opened, you should fill the necessary fields like recipient's email address and other information needed. Now click on the attached file and look for the zipped folder you have created. Click SEND to send the message.
