Step 1: Click "Start" then click "All Programs" then right click the "Command Prompt" and choose "Run as Administrator"

Step 2: You need to type this in Command Prompt "netsh Winsock reset" then hit "Enter".

Step 3: Reboot your computer then go to Control Panel go to "Programs" then "Program and Features" select the Avira.

Step 4: At the top of the screen you can see the "Change" you need to click it.

Step 5: Click the "Modify" then select all the check box and hit "Next".

Step 6: After that Reboot your computer.

Step 1: Go to C: > Program Files > Avira > AntiVir Desktop then selects the "HBEDV. key" and save it to your documents.
