My Hard disk is not accessible on my computer

First of all, check for errors. Follow the below steps to check for errors.
1. Right click on hard drive which is not accessible.
2. Click on properties.
3. Click on 'Tools' tab.
4. Click on 'Check now' button.
Once you check the error, it might be issue with ownership of hard disk. Try changing ownership of your hard disk.
In order to solve the issue of inaccessible hard disk, follow the instructions
1. Right click on the hard drive which is inaccessible.
2. Click on Properties.
3. Go to the Security tab, and click on 'Advanced' tab.
4. Click on Owner tab.
5. Click 'Edit' Button
6. Modify the ownership of the desired account.

If your computer or CPU detects no hard drive on boot, you just need to check the internal connections of the drive. Turn off or shut down your computer then open the CPU case. After this, disconnect all the cables from the hard drive and disconnect the other end of the cable from the motherboard.

Next, plug the cable back to the motherboard. If you are using a SATA drive, plug the cable to the SATA port on the motherboard. If you are using an IDE hard drive, plug the cable to the IDE port on the motherboard. Now, insert the other end of the cable back to the hard drive.

For the power, try connecting a different power supply cable to the hard drive. When you are finished, turn on the CPU then press Del, Delete, F2, or whichever key is used to go to the BIOS. In the BIOS, go to the drive management section then check if the drive was detected successfully. Save the settings and exit.
