As I am working on the Windows Mobile project in Visual Basic NET (Visual Studio 2008) which has a Web Reference to the published Web service (of the other merchandise) an error displaying "Type WebReference. Vservei is not defined ", pops-up. The same problem persists even after removing the reference object from Solution Explorer. What can I do now?
Type WebReference Error on Visual Basic NET
Hello T Hill!
When I read your problem here, I got some idea to share with you. You better try this. I hope this could fix your problem in "Visual Studio 2008". Try to Install the lower Version of "Visual Studio". Install the "Visual Studio 2005" first and then after installing the "Visual Studio 2005", install the "Visual Studio 2008".
Do not forget to uninstall the "Visual Studio 2008" that's already installed in your computer so that you can install without any delay. Try to update your Window by using the "Windows Update" found at the "Start Menu" or press "Window" located from your keyboard. You will find the "Windows Update" there.
 Enjoy your work! Good luck!
