Hi,

Google Earth Installer – What a catastrophe! Or not. The installer gets stuck and spits this out. What to do? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Jonathon

In order for you to install Google Earth, I recommend the following:

Update your antivirus and do a full scan of your computer. Sometimes, small viruses can block the installer.

If you tried installing the software as a normal user, try Right Click on the installer, and then Run As Administrator

Run a full defrag on your PC. I am sure there are lots of programs installed on your PC that you do not use, or are useless.

Try downloading SpyBot from the link SpyBot Downloader and run a full scan of the system.

After all this is done, download the Google Earth installer from the link I provided you and install it. Google Earth Installer
