QuickBooks 2010 installation failed again and again! Why?
You are encountering that problem because you still have the old version of QuickBooks.
You may need to uninstall it first before performing new installations for your new QuickBooks.
Error may be prevented when you are following the right steps on how to install QuickBooks.
Or try to restart your PC and see if what will be the improvement.

QuickBooks 2010 installation failed again and again! Why?
Before installing QuickBooks 2010, check that your computer meets the requirements. QuickBooks 2010 supports Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. It requires 1.8 GHz or faster processor, 256 MB RAM for Windows XP and 512 MB RAM for Windows Vista and Windows 7, and 1 GB free space.
Now, if you have Windows XP but the installation always fails, check that your Windows XP is running on Service Pack 3. You will have problems if you have Service Pack 2 or lower or you don’t have a Service Pack installed at all. Download Windows XP Service Pack 3. This is the latest and last Service Pack update for Microsoft Windows XP.
