Why is my connection to the router dropping intermittently? I have noticed recently that my internet connection usually drop without being triggered. I have troubleshot this problem by resetting the power cycle and also install the latest driver for the modem but the problem has not been resolved. How can I fix this problem? The modem is EPC 3928

 I have reviewed your problem of Cisco cable modem drivers and found that you can download drivers and user manual of Cisco cable modems from the Official website of Cisco, in case you didn't download it from there.
I provide a link for downloading Cisco cable modem drivers.
If that doesn't help, enter the EPC3928 settings in your browser, and disable 802.11n protocol.
