Help, My Wacom pen tablet is not working

Why is Wacom Infuos pro pen tablet not working on my personal computer? I recently install the Wacom Infuos pro pen tablet to my PC but getting it to work is posing a serious challenge. I later test the pen tablet with another computer and it work fine. My system meets the entire recommended config requirement. How do I fix this issue?

The device may not be working for one of the following reasons:

1. The operating system needs to be updated.

2. The device drivers on an install disk need to be installed.

3. The necessary device drivers are on the device manufacturer's web site.

4. The device drivers are on the operating system web site.

One solution is to use a search engine to find device drivers that users have created. Another option is to use a live operating system –for example, a small linux os designed specifically for this type of usage and your device. A newer live system would likely have more device support and you would not affect the existing system on your machine.
