Logos 4 Update Error on MAC

I am getting this error while trying to update Logos 4 on my MAC machine it is not giving any error code or anything can anyone tell me what is the possible reason behind?

Logos 4 Update Error on MAC

Hi,

It seems your Logos 4 updater is having clashes with existing Logos files present in you Mac system. You can get detailed help on how solve this problem in the official Logos Support Page. Be sure to read through all the instructions given and apply them as said. Your problem will be solved.

Logos 4 Update Error on MAC

A previous version of Logos is not completely removed from Mac system. There are believed to be some leftovers still present on that location. I found a good solution but cant write all long details of it. You must read it from Logos official website.
