Help me about Run in windows 7

My Laptop is ACER model Aspire 4755G,windows 7 ultimate

When in Run I type recent then it is show an error message as below:

Location is not available

C:/users/sharmin/recent is not accessible

Access is denied

What is the problem?

Please help me

You may have some problems.

Try the following

1. Right click My computer and then Properties. Click the Environment variables. There you will find a variable named PATH. This variable must also point to the C:UsersAccount _nameRecent.

2. Open and you get it. Set the path to the directory also and then try the Run with recent.

3. See whether the file is blocked by some other software in your computer.

4. Disable the shield, Antivirus and the firewall to see whether the application still gets blocked. If it runs correctly, then scan throughout the system to repair the type of virus or worm affected your computer.
