Hello,

Teradata DBS CRASHED OR SESSIONS RESET shows this error. What I do to fix it? Can you provide me solution to resolve this error? I am waiting for your help. Thanks.

Hi there Wallace D Woolard,

 

Looks like you have some sort of connection or security problems. The easiest way to determine the right cause of the error is to try to either ping the server using the command prompt, or to try to access the server from the other computer. Also, check your internet connection just to make sure it's not a poor internet connection the one that's making the trouble.

 

If you have no response and can't reach the server, that means that the server is down and you will have to wait until it's up again. If you have an access to the server, a simple restart will help you to get the server back online.

 

In case everything's fine with the server, you are most likely behind a firewall that doesn't allow you to connect to the server. Disabling antivirus software and firewall should fix the problem.
