Hello!
My IPhone 4S stops charging after 65%. It happened first when I decided to charge it at 75% battery and nothing happened, so I wait until it goes to 0 and then charged, but after it reached 65% it basically stopped responding to cable. I reset it couple of times, but it didn't change anything. I used it till 0 again, but no result, still on 65%. Please advice what can I do.
Iphone 4s doesn’t charge battery after 65%
Hello,
Your battery may be nearing the end of its life. They do not last very long with heavy use and when under extreme conditions (e.g., high temperatures). Some are poorly made and do not last as a result. This problem could also be caused by improper handling of the phone itself. Recent updates may have also affected this function. A factory reset may solve this issue, but it's likely a hardware problem that can only be resolved by replacing the battery.

There might be the problem with the battery calibration. Please try to calibrate the battery of your iPhone 4s.
Then the problem will be solved. The battery was fully charged when it reached to 65%, So it cannot go further. This problem generally occurs when you replace an old battery with the new one. But some time it occurs with the old battery too.
Below is the link which explains the way to do the calibration.
