Just upgraded Iphone to the OS 8.1 Device froze

Yesterday I got a notification on my iPhone to upgrade to the latest 8.1 OS. After finishing to install, the phone is not stuck on the booting screen. I heard that the latest 8.1 OS is not stable. Is there a safe way for me to fix this issue? Can I reinstall the software on my phone without losing any data?

A safe solution to your problem would be to revert your OS to version 7. This is not an option supported by Apple. In order to do this you need a OS 7 backup file. If you have verified that you have one, you can proceed. You must backup all personal files and applications (and application settings) prior to downgrading. Backup OS 8 on your device, so that you can restore the upgrade if the downgrade should fail or be problematic. Download the OS 7 update file from the appropriate source. Enter iTunes and navigate to the upgrade section. Select your downloaded file as the upgrade file. If this fails, you have downloaded the wrong OS 7 file or the window for reverting has closed. Another option is to backup all personal files and data, and perform a factory reset of your device.
