ERROR_PATCH_PACKAGE_REJECTED 1643 The patch package is not permitted by system policy.

We own a Toshiba laptop, just about every time it doesn’t start properly. It displays a message saying:

Error_patch_package_rejected

The warranty has already expired. Is it something I could get rid of by myself? It does not happen continuously, but it does bother all of us.

ERROR_PATCH_PACKAGE_REJECTED 1643 The patch package is not permitted by system policy

This is not any hardware fault, it is only software issue. I would suggest you to reinstall your Operations system again, But before doing so please check properties of your package, and ensure the program is set to “Run with administrative rights” If it is ok then you need to reinstall your OS.
