Hello TechyV users,

I’m thinking to make a phonebook of my friends and acquaintances. Is there a software that can help me? A software to print a phone directory? Any help would be nice.

A software to print a phone directory?

Hi Roya,

The easiest and fastest way to create your printable phonebook is to download a ready to use template such as the Organizational telephone list templates for Microsoft Excel. You can immediately use the template or customize the columns according to your needs. Please refer to the picture below and if you are interested, you can download the template Organizational telephone list.

If you want more functionality, then you can also download the Free Address Book – Free Phone Book freeware application.
This application allows you to immediately scan and locate the needed contact information. It also has and printing capability and you can attach photos to each of your contacts to easily identify them. Aside from phone number, you can also include your contact's location, company details, website address and email addresses. Hi. Roya Munguia,

Well, according to me you need software to print a phone directory.

For that you have to install E-Z Contact Book software. The E-Z Contact Book is a contact manager. It helps to store and edit important data such as phone numbers, addresses, e-mails, web pages URL, notes and birthdays as well. The information you keep can also be organized in groups according to relationship type like, family, friends and business.

I have tested it myself and its all working good. That is why, recommending it and I hope that this will fix your problem.
