Runtime Error with unknown cause

Hello All,

I'm facing a run-time error which apparently appears from the Music match Jukebox application.

I'm unable to trace the cause of this error, as it appears suddenly out of nowhere on the screen. When I press the OK button, current open application shuts down.

Please can someone help me in this regard? I'll be highly obliged for this support.

Runtime Error with unknown cause

 

May I know what the error says?

If there is no message given, then it may be a fault or a bug of some application running in your computer. The same thing must happen after trying to open some specified sort of work on your machine like opening a program, or closing something etc.

The reasons can be unending.

1.       try to uninstall the software that you seems is doing the problem.

2.       See whether it is getting blocked by firewall or the anti virus shield

3.       See the system requirements for the installed software and whether the RAM has got some sector problems  using it in some other machine.
