Proprietary USB Modem Spam Conflicts
Spams really create problem to the mailbox. Initially it will better to review spam, then identify the IP address of spam messages. For this select view>> message>> Log header. It will expand, you can easily “received” headings with some text and IP address.
The text and IP address in your mail server, likely you don't want to add this to the rule,it will act on all your incoming mail from that server, for this follow the steps:
-
In your preference there would be tab of “rule” just click on rule;
-
Add a new rule;
-
Select “any” in condition list in the recipient list, there is an option of “edit” in the header list. In the resulting window, click the button with + symbol to create a new list item and type “recieved “ in the field.
-
Close that window and select “recipient “list again a new item near the top the list called “Recieved”
-
Select that item and make sure ‘contains’ is selected the corresponding list. Enter the senders IP address into the next field .
-
In the action section select “move message” and then select the review spam mail box (trash) in the mail box list.
-
Click ok and then apply.
There is another method that has a lot of applications are on internet. Just browse on one you would get rid of spam.
