How to synchronize Gmail contacts with Outlook Addresses

Dear Experts,

I want to synchronize my Ms Outlook address book with Gmail contacts.

I tried a lot but the result was a failure.

Please someone help me with Outlook Synchronization Address Book with Gmail contacts.

How to synchronize Gmail contacts with Outlook Addresses

Hello Paul,

You should download the free contacts sync utility. You should use your Gmail account to log in.

From there you should go to synchronize Gmail contacts to outlook.

This is the easiest way of synchronizing your Gmail accounts with the outlook addresses.

How to synchronize Gmail contacts with Outlook Addresses

Hello Benedict,

 

For you to be able to sync your Gmail contacts and Outlook, simply follow these steps below.

 

You can use the CONTACTS SYNC.

When you open the CONTACT SYNC, enter your Gmail ID and password and select SAVE SETTINGS.

The next step is for you to select the Outlook folder to sync.

Simply choose one of the two options to synchronize:

* Gmail contacts to Outlook

* outlook contacts to Gmail

 

Then click on the SYNCHRONIZE button.

 

Please note that there is a warning that will pop up in Outlook asking for permission for program access to the contacts. Make sure to specify the time to access in the interval.

 

 

The disadvantage of this syncing from Gmail to Outlook is that it generates duplicate contact entries in Outlook. Well, you can always use the free Outlook Duplicate Items Remover to work on it.
