Geforce GTX 1000 Series. What to look forward to?

The latest Video Card, Geforce GTX 980 and 970 have 4GB of Memory. To get 8GB memory, we need two GPUs. What may be the new features in nVidia Geforce GTX 1000 Series? Will nVidia as well as AMD introduce 8GB GDDR5 Graphics Card this year? Are the Graphics Card Kings working hard to bring some changes?
