Hi techyv,
I'm currently working on a three-page document on MS Word 2010 to be printed on a legal-sized bond paper. The problem is, every time I tried printing the document, the result is that the lower portion of the second page is disfigured. I have tried increasing the margins many times (even to as much as 1 inch) and yet the second page still has its' irregular lower portion. The other two pages (first and last page) are both okay. Only the second page has a problem. I've also checked the page set-up and made sure that I indicated "Legal" in the Paper Size.
Do you know of other options that I haven't tried? I was hoping not to exceed an inch in my margins, as per the instructions of our professor (to whom I will submit this project).
Thanks for your help!

Problem Adjusting Page Margin to Fit Print Area
Try setting the paper size to cunstom instead of the Legal size and set the margin as you need it to be. If the problem still exists, then the printer has the problem. Have you tried using another printer or another type of paper? If you are printing the file in the "print all" mode, try printing the pages one-by-one. Since you are using regular type of paper, the printer should be able to handle it. But in case you are using a special type of paper in Legal size, make sure that you change the printer setting for special paper. The paper feeder is having a problem in the stack of papers being fed. Get your printer checked by a technician.

Problem Adjusting Page Margin to Fit Print Area
I think there is a problem in your document with the 2nd page. I will suggest that you will set up your print options to print it one-by-one. This could make you assure that the 2nd document will print perfectly. You can also use the view option on the top of your screen (MS Word)Â and choose print layout to assure that the documents will be print perferctly.
